    General Notice

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Personal data such as name, address, or email address is collected on a voluntary basis wherever possible. Without your consent, no data will be passed on to third parties.

    Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person. We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Furthermore, to the extent that the EU GDPR is applicable, we process personal data on the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6(1) GDPR:

    • lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
    • lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
    • lit. c) Processing of personal data for compliance with a legal obligation.
    • lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
    • lit. f) Processing of personal data to safeguard the legitimate interests of ourselves or third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms, rights, and interests of the data subject do not prevail.

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes.

    Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party cookies.

You can configure your internet browser to refuse cookies. Please note that in this case, not all features of this website may be available.

    SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

    Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with the hosting provider. The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits. These are:

    • Browser type and version
    • Operating system used
    • Referrer URL
    • Hostname of the accessing computer
    • Time of the server request

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data is not merged with other data sources. Server log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

    Newsletter and Product Tester Registration

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website or register as a product tester, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and consent to receiving the newsletter or product test invitations.

Optionally, you may provide your first name and your Thermomix model. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not share it with third parties.

We use a self-hosted newsletter system (phpList) on servers within the European Union. Emails are sent via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany). Your data is therefore processed exclusively within the EU and is subject to the GDPR.

To ensure that your email address is not misused, we use the double opt-in procedure. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. Only after clicking this link will your email address be added to our mailing list.

Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. An unsubscribe link is available in every email. After unsubscription, your data will be deleted without delay.

Our website contains links to our profiles on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube). When you click on these links, you will be redirected to the respective platform. A connection to the servers of the respective provider is only established when you click.
